I take all of these supplements daily….it took 6 months to restock many of my depleted minerals like magnesium and potassium…but it’s worth every dime it costs to be healthy and not take any meds.

poking a prescription pill at it will only make it take longer to end up in the hospital or need surgery or worse yet, die younger and more ill than you have too. Make those small changes today…just start.
